7 TROUBLE SHOOTING AND SOLUTIONS
Problem Cause Solution
Paint output too low Nozzle too small Select larger nozzle (see para. 9.1)
Paint pressure too low Adjust at pump as required.
Gun fi lter blocked
or HP fi lter at pump
clogged
Clean/ replace fi lters (see para. 6.1)
Nozzle blocked or Clean nozzle (see section 5.4.5)
Trigger/ valve stem

Replace valve stem
Poor quality spray pattern Incorrect atomizing air

Nozzle too large Select smaller nozzle (see para. 9.1)
