Settings Messages
Message Cause Action
Access denied. Try again.
The user does not have the
login permissions necessary to
access selected function.
Confirm correct login details and
try again.
Assay List Size Exceeded.
The list of assays permitted is
full. No further additions can be
made.
Delete existing assays from the
assay list (Refer to RCU online
help). The maximum number of
assay entries allowed is 200.
Assay Locked, Aborting.
The assay is not permitted or
has been locked. May occur if
LQC has failed or assay is not in
the assay list.
Contact Supervisor or RCU Full
Access User for more
information.
Database Almost Full, Backup
Data
Displayed when the3M Rapid
Detection Reader is not
connected to a network and
either the patient or LQC result
databases has less than 20
spaces left. This message will
continue to be displayed until
the database is cleared.
Transfer data to USB device
and delete the database.
Default Restore Failed.
The action to restore defaults
has failed.
Try this process again. If
problem persists contact
Technical Support.
ERROR: Invalid Code. Try
Again.
The override code entered is
invalid.
Contact Technical Support, then
enter the override code
provided.
ERROR: Numbers Only.
Only numbers are permitted in
the override code field.
Enter the number provided by
Technical Support.
Invalid Password, Try Again.
The password was incorrectly
entered.
Retype the password and try
again.
Invalid User, Try Again.
The user is not recognized or
has been entered incorrectly.
Retype user details and try
again.
Locked, Contact Supervisor.
The 3M Rapid Detection Reader
has been locked via the RCU.
Contact the RCU Full Access
User to unlock using the Reader
Settings screen.
Empty Search.
The 3M Rapid Detection Reader
cannot find the record
requested. It may have been
deleted or details entered
incorrectly.
Re-enter search data and try
again.
