,_ WARNING: Never feed wood with yourhandswhen
ma_dngany non-throughcut suchas rabbets or
dadoes. To avoidpersonalinjury, aJways usepush
blocks, push sticks,and featherboards.
When the cut is made, turn the saw OFF. Wait for the
blade to come to a complete stop before removingthe
workpieca.
Unplugthe saw.
Lowerthe blade and removethe screwholding the
throat plate in place. Remove thethroatplate.
Raise thesaw b(ade.
Push thebeveilockingleveeto theright.Rotatetheheight
adjustinghandwheelunUithebevelindicatorshowsa 30+
angle. Push the bevel Iocldng leveesecurelyto the left
whileholdingthe heightadjustinghandwheelto lockthe
angle. Reinsta_the b_adeguardassembly.
Retightenthe nuts at the base oftherivingknife.Check
rivingkni_'ealignmentto theblade and adjustshimsif
necessary.
Move the bevel locking[everto therightand rotatethe
blade back to 90%Push the leverto the left to lock the
angle.
Lowerthe blade, insertthe throat plate,then securely
tighten the throatplate screw.

NOTE: Thissaw cannotbeused tomake a bevel dado
CUt.
Unplugthe saw.
Remove the bladeguard aseembly.
Ratlghtanthe two hexnuts.
Removethesaw blade.
Remove_heinnerblade washer and boththe sma_and
_eegespacers.
Add the smellspacer thenthe innerb]adewasher to
the bladesarbor.
Mount the dado blade, usingthe blade and chippers
appropriatefor the desired width of cut.
Reinstallthe arbor nut.
Make sure thearbor nut Isfullyengaged and the
eebor extends at loast one fiJll_rsad past a sacurely
tightened arbornut.
_k WARNING; Alwaysput all spacersin proper
locationwhen changingback to saw blade. Failure
to do somay resultinpossibleinjuryand damage to
the tool.
A WARNING: Akvays usepushblocks, pushstlc_, or
fsatharbcardswhen makingdado cutstoavoidthe
risk of seriousinjury.
