This should be set to Access Point mode. If you want to
use Router mode, select Router mode and click the Save
Settings button to switch to the Router configuration
interface. For more information, refer to “Router Mode” on
page 25.
Enter a name for the DIR-505.
Select whether you want to connect your DIR-505 to your
network through Dynamic IP (DHCP) or Static IP.
If you selected Static IP, ll in the IP Address, Subnet
Mask, Gateway Address, and Primary and Secondary
DNS Server addresses. If you are not sure what settings to
use, please contact your network administrator or Internet
service provider.
Here, you can congure the network settings of the DIR-505. After making your changes, click the Save Settings button.
