Spin Torque Setpoint
If torque triggering is enabled, the Torque Trigger
value is displayed in this box for reference as a
percentage of the spin motor maximum.
WRITE TO FILE
Writes the torque data to a le. Add a .txt or .csv
extension to the end of the le name as the
generated le is in ASCII format.
Servo and Debug
The
SERVO PARAMETERS
tab provides the
ability to import a servo tuning database le. This
database contains parameters necessary for proper
operation of the machine for different upper
tool sizes. It is set at the factory and stored on
the welder in non-volatile memory. It will need
to be modied only in cases where the database
requires customization. The procedure of changing
the database should only be performed with
guidance from Dukane. Improper execution of the
procedures could render the welder inoperable.
The
DEBUG
tab is used to retrieve troubleshooting
information from the welder if it is not operating
properly. The welder will display the letters DB
on the upper left side of the touch screen when it
is put in debug mode. If the use of this function
becomes necessary, instructions will be provided
by Dukane.
