To reply to a message
You can record a reply to a new or old voice or e-mail mes-
sage from another subscriber on the system.
USING YOUR PHONE
1 While listening to a message, press , or press after a
message.
2 Record your reply after the beep, and then press to finish
recording.
3 Press to send the reply, or follow the conversation to edit the
reply, set special delivery, or address the reply to others.
4 After you send your reply, follow the conversation to handle the
original message.
NOTE For the keys you can use during a message, after
listening to a message, or at any time, see “To use systemwide
commands” on page 17.
