To turn your busy greeting on or off
For callers to hear your busy greeting, you must activate it.
USING YOUR PHONE
1 Call the voice messaging system, and enter your personal ID and
security code if prompted.
2 Press to hear your busy greeting.
3 Do one of the following:
• To rerecord your busy greeting, press , record the busy
greeting, and then press to stop recording.
• To skip rerecording your busy greeting, press .
The system plays your new greeting.
4 After listening to the recording, do one of the following:
• To rerecord the greeting, press .
• To continue, press .
5 Press to turn on your busy greeting, or press to turn off your
busy greeting.
NOTE For the keys you can use during a message, after
listening to a message, or at any time, see “To use systemwide
commands” on page 17.
