LED FUNCTION PROBLEMS
The Thermal LED is lit after normal
use.
1. One of the machine’s thermal
protection circuits has tripped.
Do not turn the PRO-CUT 25 off.
Allow the machine to cool. The
thermal protection circuits will
reset themselves.
2. Either the duty cycle has been
exceeded, the fan is not func-
tioning, or the louvers are
blocked.
3. Thermo light comes on when
over voltage occurs +/-10%
must be with in 10%.
1. Check all connectors and wires
for loose or faulty connections.
See Wiring Diagram.
2. The inverter board may be
faulty. Replace.
3. The control board may be faulty.
Replace.
4. Use the correct extension cord.
