10. Remove plug J37 from the display board. See the
Wiring Diagram.
11. Remove plug J3 originating from the control
board located directly across from the display
board. See the Wiring Diagram.
12. Remove the display board. Note: Gentle prying
from behind the board may be required.
13. Replace the display board.
14. Replace plugs #J3 and #J37 previously removed.
\15. Replace the four phillips head screws removed
from the front of the machine located around the
two welder output terminals.
16. Replace the two flat head screws and their wash-
ers mounting the input power switch.
17. Using a 5/16” nut driver replace the two screws
previously removed from the bottom front of the
machine.
18. Replace the case wraparound cover.
