3.3.2 Using the Hearing Aid Window
Hearing aids are organized in the WinCHAP database first by model name, and
then by serial number. So, you can have many different aids with the same
model name.
To enter a hearing aid into the WinCHAP database, first you enter the
model
name, and then you enter the individual serial number.

3.3.2.1 To enter a hearing aid model
1. Enter the Hearing Aid window (Figure 3.3.2) by clicking Hearing Aid in
the left column of the Office Manager window.
2. Click
New in the top left corner of the window.
3. Enter the
Model. This is a required field.
4. Enter any other desired information into the boxes provided.
5. Click
Save in the top left corner of the window to save the model record.
