3.3.4.1 To create a test Instrument record
1. Enter the Test Instruments window (Figure 3.3.4) by selecting Test
Instruments in the left column of the Office Manager window.
2. Click
New in the top left corner of the window.
Note: If this is your first test instrument record, you will automatically be
in a blank test instrument window; you can skip this step.
3. Enter the
Model and Serial Number (required fields), Address, and any
other desired information.
4. Click
Save. Your record will now be saved.
You can click the
Cancel button in the top left corner of the window to can-
cel the new record without saving.
3.3.4.2 To delete a test instrument record
1. Find the test instrument record you would like to delete. Use the Search
button if necessary. (See Section 3.3.6.1.)
2. Click
Delete in the upper toolbar. A box will pop up to confirm your deci-
sion.
3. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
3.3.5 Using the Personnel Window
This window organizes your personnel records. You can keep a record of your
staff, their contact information, their job start dates, and their current positions
as well as their social security numbers, their work titles and general comments.
