3.3.5.1 To create a personnel record
1. Enter the Personnel window (Figure 3.3.5) by clicking Personnel in the
left column of the Office Manager window.
2. Click
New in the top left corner of the window.
Note: If this is your first personnel record, you will automatically be in a
blank test instrument window; you can skip this step.
3. Enter the First
Name and Last Name (required fields), and any other
desired information.
4. Click
Save. Your record will now be saved.
You can click the
Cancel button in the top left corner of the window to can-
cel the new record without saving.
3.3.5.2 To delete personnel record
1. Find the personnel record you would like to delete. Use the Search but-
ton if necessary. (See Section 3.3.6.1.)
2. Click
Delete in the upper toolbar. A box will pop up to confirm your deci-
sion.
3. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
