Manually Shut Off Valve to Oil Filter
Manually Open Valve
Run Oil Pump for a minimum
of 5 Minutes and as long as
needed to purge all gas from
oil cooler and piping.
Shut Oil Pump Off.
Open Valve to Oil Filter.
Close Valve #3.
Verify Oil is in Separator

Shows the Flow for Priming the Compressor Prior to
Start Up (Steps 6-11)
Very Important: Piping of the oil must enter the
bottom connection of the oil cooler and leave
the top connection.

Bearing Damage and Compressor Seizing and Will Void
