3-9. VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT ACCURACY
This test verifies the DC voltage measurement accuracy of the instrument. This procedure uses a dual cur-
sor measurement that nullifies offset error, resulting in the following measurement:
± [(1.5% of full scale) + (0.016 x V/div)].

± [(1.5% of full scale + offset accuracy) + (0.008 x V/div)]
