Initiate Conguration or Exit the LG Setup Wizard
The Welcome screen provides a brief introduction to the LG Setup Wizard.
WELCOME TO LG’S SETUP WIZARD
EXIT
This wizard features two dierent setup options:
.
The EXPRESS SCRIPT allows automated setup of hospital features, such as a pillow speaker,
and supports physical tuning of clear content channels (no DRM).
.
The EZMANAGER provides automated or manual options for configuring Pro:Centric operation, hospital features,
and/or Free-To-Guest (FTG) operation (physical or logical tuning of clear and encrypted content channels).
Select the desired option, or exit this setup wizard to perform a custom setup.
EZ-MANAGER
EXPRESS SCRIPT
Note: Once you proceed with one of the conguration options, it is not possible to return to the
Setup Wizard Welcome screen; however, if you simply wish to exit the EZ-Manager Wizard or
Express Script (depending on your selection from the Setup Wizard Welcome screen), you can do
so by selecting the “EXIT” button from the subsequent screen(s).
From the Welcome screen, you have the following options:
• To proceed with the EZ-Manager Wizard, use the arrow keys on the Installer Remote to select/
highlight EZ-MANAGER and press OK. Then, continue to the “EZ-Manager Wizard” section on
pages 14 to 22.
• To proceed with the Express Script, use the arrow keys on the Installer Remote to select/highlight
EXPRESS SCRIPT and press OK. Then, continue to the “Express Script” section on pages 23 to
30.
• To exit the Setup Wizard, use the arrow keys on the Installer Remote to select/highlight EXIT and
press OK. In the conrmation pop-up window, select OK, and then press OK once more on the
Installer Remote.
Note: Both the EZ-Manager Wizard and the Express Script enable you to congure Pro:Centric
settings on this TV, even if you do not intend to congure any of the additional settings available.
After you congure the Pro:Centric settings, you will have the option to exit without completing the
remainder of the EZ-Manager Wizard or Express Script (as applicable), if desired.
Note: If you exit the Setup Wizard from this Welcome screen, you will retain the use of the
Pro:Centric remote management feature on this TV (i.e., Installer Menu item 119 DATA CHANNEL
set to 255) in the future. If you actually wish to disable the Pro:Centric feature, both the EZ-Manager
Wizard and the Express Script provide an option to do so.
