Loosen the screw shown in the figure and remove the
blade holder from the cutting carriage.
Press the pin shown in the figure and detach the blade
holder.
If a blade was used, wipe the blade with a soft cloth
to remove any material that may cling to it.
4-10 When Cutting Is Completed
Do not leave the tool mounting screws tightened. Tightening the screw makes it more difficult to install the
blade holder.

Lower the sheet loading lever then remove the
material.
Turn off the power.
* Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the CX-24/12.
When not in use for extended
periods, unplug the power cord from
the electrical outlet.
Failure to do so may
result in danger of
shock, electrocution,
or fire due to
deterioration of the
electrical insulation.
