Measuring the Relative Difference between Steps
This is an example of how to measure the height at three locations on a workpiece, and
calculate the difference (step difference) between each of the measured values. Use
[STEP] (X-Y) for the expression.

FUN Mode-[SENSING]-[SEL CH]
1. Assign the CH No. of the controller to inputs
A to C to be used for the expression.

2. Select [TASK1].
