Measuring the Warp of a Workpiece
In the example below, the difference between the points on both edges (input A point and
input C point) of the workpiece, the average distance value, and the measured value (input
B point) of the center is taken to be the warp amount. Expression: Z=B- (A+C)/2. In the
actual setting, calculation mode “K+mX+nY” is used.
