The Abandoned Caller ID Report
The information displayed includes:
Title Description
DATE Date the call arrived.
TIME Time the call arrived.
CALLER ID Telephone number of the caller who abandoned.
LINE NAME Line name the caller was attempting to contact.
TIME WAITED Time the caller waited prior to abandoning.
To print the Abandoned Caller ID Report:
1. With the report open on the screen, click L
evel.
2. Click P
rint….
The report will now be printed.
