Calibrate Screen 1
Calibrate Screen 1 initiates a pump pressure check
(stall test) for the selected pump. During the test, the
Stall Test screen will appear.
The pump and l
ines must be primed with color
or catalyst
before doing the stall test. See

en 2, page 68 to set test parameters.

To initiat
e the test, press the Pressure Check
button for
the desired pump. The pump will build
pressure
in the line to a minimum of the Stall Test
Pressure
. The pump will then move to the center
stroke po
sition and stall test the upstroke, followed
by the dow
nstroke.
NOTE: TheLastPassedlogcanonlyberesetby
successfully completing the test.
The screen displays the number of days since the
last stall test was passed for each pump.
