PILOT TRANSFORMER TEST
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.

TEST DESCRIPTION
This test will determine if the correct voltage is being applied to the primary of the pilot
transformer and induced on the secondary.
MATERIALS NEEDED
Volt/Ohmmeter (Multimeter)
5/16" Nut driver
Square Wave TIG Wiring Diagram (located in the Electrical Diagrams section of this
manual)
