Adds a component to the blacklist.

disablecomponent component_name [component_name . . .]
disablecomponent -h

-h displays help for this command.
component_name is (see
TABLE 3-3 and TABLE 3-4):
■ system_board_name/port/physical_bank/logical_bank for the CPU/Memory board
■ system_board_name/port/bus for an I/O assembly
■ system_board_name/card for an I/O assembly
Note – You can use partial component names.
