You can also enter the desired coordinate in the text box, or drag the text on the screen
to specify the position.
The Save and Delete buttons are used to manage the user settings. When you specify a
position that is not pre-defined, enter a name for that position in the Text Position drop-
down list box, then click the Save button to register the coordinates (up to 30 settings).
The Delete button deletes the selected user setting.
Hint
• When the text type is "scroll" or "scroll in," only the Y coordinate (upper edge of the
text, where the top of the screen is "0") can be specified. Even if you select a user
setting with an X coordinate setting that is not "0," the X coordinate will be ignored.
• The user settings registered here are shared with the Position drop-down list box in
the Properties dialog box displayed for preparing text material.
OK and Apply Buttons
OK button saves the current settings for the event or as the default position.
Hint
If a value for the position and/or size has been entered, click [Apply] before clicking
[OK]. This changes the screen picture in the dialog box according to your settings, so
that you can check the result.
