Printing and sharing photos

You can share files by e-mail in the following ways (regardless of the format, all tags, and metadata are preserved in
your e-mailed file):
PDF Slide Show Combines image and media files into a single PDF file. Your recipients can view the PDF file as a slide
show by using the free Adobe Reader software.
E-mail Attachments Lets you send image as individual e-mail attachments. You can specify the size of the photo. You
can also convert images to JPEG format if they are in a different format.
Before sending your files, it’s best to set your e-mail preferences. You can adjust the image size and compression setting
so that photos download quickly yet retain sufficient detail for online viewing.
After setting up your e-mail account, you can share your photos and videos with friends and family.
Send photos by e-mail
1 Select a photo in the Project Bin, click the Share tab, and then click the E-mail Attachments button.
The New Message window is displayed with the attached photo.
Note: If you are e-mailing a photo for the first time, you are asked to confirm the e-mail service you want to use. Confirm
your choice and click OK.
2 Compose your message.
3 Select recipients of the e-mail, and click Send.
Set e-mail preferences
1 Launch Apple Mail.
2 Select Mail > Preferences, and set the e-mail preferences.
Burn media files to CD/DVD
1 Select the media files you want to copy in the Project Bin, and click Share.
2 Click CD/DVD.
The BurnDisc dialog box is displayed.
3 Specify the burn options such as the writing speed, and click Burn.
The files are written to the CD or DVD.
