REASSEMBLY OF LIFT
BAIL
1. Place the lift bail onto the IDE-
ALARC DC-1000 from the top, low-
ering straight onto the unit.
2. Using a 9/16” socket wrench, attach
the four bolts and associated wash-
ers mounting the lift bail to the base
assembly.
3. Using a 9/16” socket wrench, attach
the four bolts mounting the lift bail
to the main transformer assembly.
4. Using a 3/8” socket wrench, attach
the two screws holding the input
contactor bracket to the lift bail.
5. Reattach leads #217 and #222 to
resistor R2.
6. Reattach or reconnect any cables
or wire ties previously removed.
7. Using a 5/16 (8mm) nut driver or
flat head screw driver, attach 20
screws (ten per side) to secure
case sides, and 2 screws to secure
top.
