Overview
The Service Option screen allows the operator the abil-
ity to force individual digital or analog outputs ON. This
feature is used for diagnostic purposes during initial
setup and/or if the operator suspects an issue with the
outputs. The buttons in this screen are not available
while the compressor is running, see Figure 12-1 Service
Options Screen.
Digital Outputs
The digital output buttons are momentary toggle but-
tons. The output will be active while the operator has his
fi nger on the button. The output will deactivate when
the operators fi nger is removed. The operator can mea-
sure the output at the terminal block or view the output
by watching the LEDs located on the cards.
Compressor Start:
• Activates the output assigned to the compressor mo-
tor starter. The output is connected to terminal 11
and is the 1st LED on card 1.
Oil Pump Start:
• Activates the output assigned to the oil pump. The
output is connected to terminal 12 and is the 2nd
LED down on card 1.
Capacity Increase Motor:
• Activates the output assigned to the increase input
of the capacity actuator. The output is connected to
terminal 13 and is the 3rd LED down on card 1.
Capacity Decrease Motor:
• Activates the output assigned to the decrease input
of the capacity actuator. The output is connected to
terminal 14 and is the 4th LED down on card 1.
Volume Increase Motor:
• Activates the output assigned to the increase input
