OUTPUT RECTIFIER BRIDGE AND CHOKE
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.
Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the technician or
machine operator and will invalidate your factory warranty. For your safety and to avoid elec-

DESCRIPTION
The following procedure will aid the technician in removing and replacing the output rectifier
bridge and the choke from the Ranger 250.
MATERIALS NEEDED
5/16" Nut driver
3/8" Wrench or socket wrench
1/2" Wrenches (two)
9/16" Wrench
Diagonal cutters
This procedure should take approximately 1 hour to perform.
