Generic Notification
The generic notification reports events other than the defined event types. It
provides a description object that identifies the event in clear text.
qsrGenericEvent uses the following objects:

qsrEventSeverity
qsrEventDescription
Generic notifications are sent for the following events:
Fibre Channel port configuration change:
Blade number (1 or 2)
Port number (1 of 4)
iSCSI port configuration change:
Blade number (1 or 2)

iSNS configuration change:
Blade number (1 or 2)
NTP configuration change:
Blade number (1 or 2)
Router configuration change:
