TABLEPA=STATIC Specifies whether CATALOG MANAGER uses static SQL or dynamic SQL
to access the SYSIBM.SYSTABLEPART DB2 catalog table. The default
STATIC uses the privileges of the package owner. DYNAMIC uses the
privileges of the person who is listing the table.
