9-3 Modbus - List of Parameters and Registers
This list is ordered alphabetically by the parameter name („Mnemonic“) column.
Any "#" is a wildcard, to be replaced by "1" or "2" for the desired measuring channel. In this case
the upper register line is assigned to channel 1, the lower line to channel 2.
