For a device capable of running commands, you must enter an appropriate
community name that allows read and write privileges on the device SNMP agent
(see the device properties).
Indicator Definitions
PATROL DashBoard contains a relatively small number of unique indicators. Several
object types might use many of the same indicators, while others may be unique to a
particular object type. For example, the Drops indicator is common to all devices and
their interfaces, but the Cells Dropped indicator is unique to VCs of ATM interfaces.
The following sections describe the indicators for the PATROL DashBoard product.
