To Create a Protocol Manually Instead of through Discovery (for NetFlow Only)
1 In the Device Configuration portion of the navigation tree, right-click Protocols and
choose
New Protocol.
The Protocol Creation screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 37:

2 In Protocol Name, enter the name of the protocol.
3 In Protocol Port, enter the port number that the protocol uses.
You can specify more than one port in the following ways:
■ in a list, separating ports by periods (for example, 900.910.920)
■ in ranges, using the following syntax: [port1–port2];[port3–port4]
4 Select either the TCP or UDP type.
5 Click OK.
The new protocols appear in the
Available list.
