You can force rediscovery of this device by locating it in the navigation tree,
right-clicking, and then choosing
Actions => Rediscover.
Viewing Discovery Summaries
You can display a summary of the saved discovery entries for each type of discovery.
The summary shows when each discovery was last run and when it is scheduled to
run again, as well as the number of discovered devices. It also shows the number of
explored devices, which means that PATROL DashBoard has obtained from the
device’s MIB the minimum required parameters, such as the Object ID.
To view a discovery summary, click one of the discovery types in the navigation tree.
Table 3 describes the information presented in the summaries:

Next Discovery date and time of the next scheduled launch of this entry
Last Discovery date and time of the last actual launch of this entry, and

changes before restarting
