4 To launch the PATROL DashBoard server, select DashBoard Server from the
displayed list, and click the
Start button.
To Start the PATROL DashBoard Server on Unix
Navigate to the installation directory (the default is /opt/bmc/PATROL_DashBoard)
and type the following command:
./StartDash.sh
As an alternative, you can run the startup script from another directory by specifying
the full path, as follows:
installationDirectory/StartDash.sh

Starting the PATROL DashBoard Client
1 Launch an Internet browser and enter the following URL:
http://HostName:HttpPort/patrol/dashboard
HostName is the name or IP address of the PATROL DashBoard server. HttpPort is
the port number that is used by the PATROL DashBoard server. The default port
number is 8000 for HTTP or 8443 for HTTPS.
