SRP Topology Map
IPS Status WindowDetailed Description
The IPS Status window displays two areas: IPS Status and Remote Node.
IPS Status
Side Wrap StatusDisplays the wrap status of the Sides at the node
IPS Wrap CounterDisplays the number of transitions from unwrap to wrap state
Neighbor MAC AddressDisplays the neighbors MAC address on the ring
IPS Management Request ModeDisplays the current IPS management mode on the side
IPS Active ModeDisplays the currently active IPS mode for the local node
IPS Auto Detect ModeDisplays the current IPS mode that is automatically detected by the local node
IPS Remote ModeDisplays the IPS mode indicated in the IPS messages that are received from the
other nodes on the ring
IPS Remote TypeDisplays the type of the IPS Remote mode
Last Wrap TimeDisplays the time (in seconds) for the last wrap
Last Unwrap TimeDisplays the time (in seconds) for the last unwrap
Remote Node
Host NameDisplays the name of the remote host
IP AddressDisplays the IP address of the remote host
InterfaceDisplays the Interface at the remote host
Connecting SideDisplays the connecting Side at the remote node

To view the SRP Topology map, proceed as follows:
Step 1 Right click a SRP interface object andchoose Cisco 12000/10720 Manager>Fault>SRP>Topology. See
Table 9-2 on page 9-2 for information on which objects allow you to launch the SRP Topology Map.
