ThiscommandtrackscurrentuseofvariousCPUprocessesasapercentageoftotalCPUusagefor
thelastfivesecond,oneminute,andfive‐minuteintervals,andthenumberoftimeseachprocess
wascalledintotalsincetheXSRwaspoweredon.Also,CPUutilizationisshown:thefirst
percentageindicatestotalCPUusage,thesecondindicatesthepercentageofCPUtimespentat
theinterruptlevel,andremainingpercentagesaretotalCPUusagefor1‐and5‐minuteperiods.
ThecommandisagooddiagnostictooltomeasurewhichprocessisconsumingthemostCPU
timeandhowstrenuously
theCPUisworkingasawhole.TheXSRisoperatingnormallyifthe
CPUcansatisfyadvertisedthroughputlevelsatmaximumcapacity.
Beawarethatthiscommanddrawsonprocessorcapacityattheexpenseofoperationalneeds.
