Thiscommandsetsthenumberofconsecutiveloginattemptsthatmusttranspirebeforethe

RADIUSmethodʹsbackupmethodisused.ItisusedfortheRADIUSmethodonly.Whenauser

loginrequestfailsbecausetheserverdidnotrespond,itisafailedattempt.

Note: If the port number is 0, the host will not be used for authentication.
