Markprobabilitydenominatorrangingfrom1to65,536.Thisistheliklihoodof

queuedpacketsbeingdroppedwhentheirnumberexceedingtheminimum

thresholdisbetween0and(1/mark‐prob).Whenthemaximumthresholdis

reached,dropprobabilityis1dividedbythemaximumprobability.
