Thiscommandcreatesaboot-config filetostorethefirmwarefilenameoftheactivesoftware
image.Thisfilenamepointstothefirmwarefileloadedduringsysteminitializationinthe
followingsequence:
1. Thebootconfigfileislookedupineitherflash:orcflash:
Ifbootconfigisnotfoundthere,therouterproceedsto

Ifthefilenamedinbootconfigisnotfound,theroutergoestoStep3.
2. Ifthedefaultfile(
xsr1800.flsorxsr3000.fls)isnotfound,theroutergoestoStep3.
3. AnFTP/TFTPserverasdefinedinnetworkparametersofBootrommodeisqueried.Ifthe
imageisnotfoundinthisremotelocation,initializationissuspendedinBootrommode.
Thecommandinitiatesascriptrequiringconfirmationofyourintention.
