intendedforusewhenthenetworkoffersbetterpricingoncallsinwhichdevicespresentthecaller
number.Whenconfigured,thecallingnumberisincludedintheoutgoingsetupmessage.

notdropped.

Note: There is no mechanism to mark outgoing calls with the Calling Number and Calling
Subaddress for call routing on the receiving end.
