Function
(1) Stores the lower n-digits (1 digit is 4 bits) of the 16-bit data designated by at the lower 4
bits n-points from the device designated by .
(2) The upper 12 bits n-points from the device designated by become 0.
(3) The value of n can be designated at between 1 and 4.
(4) If n 0, there will be no processing, and the contents n-points from will not change.
