LLC Monitoring Commands
This section summarizes and then explains all of the LLC monitoring commands.
These commands, shown in Table 32, let you monitor the LLC while passing
packets over an SNA network.
Table 32. LLC Monitoring Command Summary
Command Function
? (Help) Displays all the commands available for this command level or lists
the options for specific commands (if available). See “Getting Help”
on page 10.
Clear-counters Clears all statistical counters.
List Displays interface, SAP, and session information.
Set Allows the user to dynamically configure LLC parameters that are
valid for the life of the session.
Exit Returns you to the previous command level. See “Exiting a Lower
Level Environment” on page 11.
Clear-Counters
Use the clear-counters command to clear all the LLC statistical counters.
Syntax:
clear-counters
List
Use the list command to display interface, service access point (SAP), and session
information.
Syntax:
list
interface
sap...
session
interface
Displays all SAPs opened on this interface.
Example:
list interface
SAP Number of Sessions
F4 1
sap sap_number
Displays information for the specified SAP on the interface.
Example:
list sap
