Specifies the number of restart request transmissions.
retries
Number of restart request transmissions permitted before the
interface is recycled. The range is 0 to 255. In a list command
output, this is displayed as the r20 retry count.

timer Number of 10–second intervals to wait before retransmitting a
restart request packet. The range is 0 to 255. A zero in the timer
value indicates an indefinite wait. In a list command output, this is
displayed as the t20 timer.

Specifies the minimum number of seconds to wait prior to reinitiating a call
