Function Name: ECHO
Instruments: Analyzer and Generator
Options: None required. This is a standard feature.
Application: Use this function to enable or disable character echo on the
RS-232 port. When enabled, the instrument will "echo" (that
is, transmit back to the controller) each character that it
receives on the RS-232 port.
Parameters: RS-232 Echo Enable (ccc): May be set to ON or OFF.
