4.13.2 Monitor display selection of DU/PU and terminal FM
(Pr.52, Pr.54, Pr.170, Pr.171, Pr.268, Pr.430, Pr.563, Pr.564)
The monitor to be displayed on the main screen of the control panel and parameter unit (FR-PU07) can be selected.
In addition, signal to be output from the terminal FM (pulse train output) can be selected.
