PRECAUTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
Inspection items
6.1.3 Daily and periodic inspection
 It is recommended to install a device to monitor voltage for checking the power supply voltage to the drive unit.
 One to two years of periodic inspection cycle is recommended. However, it differs according to the installation environment.
For a periodic inspection, contact your sales representative.
 The oil component of the heat dissipation grease used inside the drive unit may leak out. The oil component, however, is not flammable, corrosive, nor
conductive and is not harmful to humans. Wipe off such an oil component with a cloth, etc.
