3 In the Cloud Info section of the Add Network Cloud dialog box, enter a
unique and meaningful Name and Description for the cloud.
4 To create a link between a site and the network cloud:
a Click Linked Sites.
b In the Search Sites field, enter all or part of the site name or location
and click Find.
The list of sites containing the search phrase appear in the Search
Results column.
c Select one or more sites to link with the network cloud and then click
the right arrow to move them to the Selected Sites column.
5 Click OK.
Edit a Network Cloud
To edit a network cloud
1 Go to Admin > Dial Plan and Sites > Network Clouds.
2 In the Network Clouds page, select the network cloud of interest and
click Edit.
3 Edit the Cloud Info or to create a link between a site and the network
cloud:
a Click Linked Sites.
b In the Search Sites field, enter all or part of the site name or location
and click Find.
The list of sites containing the search phrase appear in the Search
Results column.
c Select one or more sites to link with the network cloud and then click
the right arrow to move them to the Selected Sites column.
4 Click OK.
Delete a Network Cloud
To delete a network cloud
1 Go to Admin > Dial Plan and Sites > Network Clouds.
2 In the Network Clouds page, select the network cloud of interest and
click Delete.
3 Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
