The number of active calls has exceeded 90% of the
maximum allowed. This value is dependent on the
call model (routed or direct) and the total number of
licenses.
• In routed mode, the maximum number of active
calls is 30% of the total number of licenses.
• In direct mode, the maximum number of active
calls is 60% of the total number of licenses.

100% of Maximum
The number of active calls has exceeded 100% of
the maximum allowed. This value is dependent on
the call model (routed or direct) and the total number
of licenses.
• In routed mode, the maximum number of active
calls is 30% of the total number of licenses.
• In direct mode, the maximum number of active
calls is 60% of the total number of licenses.
E164 Alias
Assignment Failed
The CMA system was unable to assign an E.164
alias to the endpoint.
