5.7 Word Editing

5.7.6 Deleting Lines
The line from the current cursor position to
EOB
(;) is deleted.
1) The line from the word at the cursor position
to EOB (;) is deleted.
2) The cursor moves to the head word of the
next line.
3) The deleted line is set in the "EDIT
BUFFER" area.
Press the menu key
DELETE
.
Move the cursor to the head word of
the line to be deleted.

(Note 1) Only the EOB (;) key input in the EDIT BUFFER area is valid.
(Note 2) Up to 96 characters of the deleted line, starting from the head word, are set in the EDIT BUFFER
area.
(Note 3) After the line is deleted, the deleted words (lines) will be added into the EDIT BUFFER area every
time deleting operation is carried out.
Up to 96 characters can be stored in the EDIT BUFFER, so the other characters will be ignored.
