6.3.6 High-speed Program Server
(1) High-speed program server unit (FCU6-EP203-1)
The high-speed program server is configured of the HR831 and HR832 cards and an F150 cable. It is
replaced as a unit.
(a) Replacement procedures
Turn the machine power OFF before replacing the high-speed program server unit.
